Horsemen clot Nosebleeds 113-67, look forward to Berry exciting showdown

Despite lackluster performances from the Ravens defense (-3) and both starting running backs, the Horsemen demolished their rival Nosebleeds this past weekend in what was the most lopsided victory in the history of the Battle of TC Jester rivalry – 46 points. The Horsemen have also taken the lead in the all-time series 4-3, averaging 106.7 PF and 97.86 PA.

The combination of Julio Jones, Antonio Brown and Julian Edelman looks to have created the greatest stable of wide receivers ever assembled in the Cosmopolitan Outlaw League. Julio was the straggler in week 2 with only 9 receptions while Edelman and Antonio each clocked in over 10. Brown turned in his best individual performance as a Horseman (27), and tied Reggie Wayne for the 5th best in the history of the franchise.

This loss leaves the Nosebleeds reeling. They’ve now scored less than 70 in the first two games of the season and drama has arisen in the locker room with Andrew Luck’s embarrassing performance and the inability of anyone to come forward as a legit RB2. They look to regroup against an awful Extreme Baby Throwers squad – it just seems apparent that they are even more awful than any contender for awfulness.

The Horsemen enter week 3 leading the league in scoring and one of the only two undefeated teams. Their opponent, Bumpy’s Berries, comes in with similar qualifications – second in scoring and undefeated. The Horsemen have never lost to the Berries (4-0), nor have they ever lost in week 3 (3-0). This will be the first game in the all-time series to be played at the Berries and the Horsemen have historically struggled away from home, only winning 40% of their games. They have also played far better in division games than otherwise, winning 60% against the Inner Loop and 41% against the outer loop (4 of the 7 victories against outer loop teams have been against the Berries).

The Berries are led by the angry Tom Brady and Jamaal Charles – and we may also see the return of Arian Foster from a crotch ailment.

This game features the return of LeVeon Bell, who looks to start his career off with the Electric Horsemen in style. There will likely be strong competition in practice for the RB2 spot between Alfred Morris (RB16), Frank Gore (RB54), TJ Yeldon (RB27), Danny Woodhead (RB6) and Lamar Miller (RB40). Woodhead looks to be leading early.

ink not mink, but isn’t that a leather football in his hand?

fun fact: every time the Berries and the Horsemen have played in the regular season they have both entered the game undefeated
