JULIO JONES
Julio Jones had a strong sophomore campaign with the Atlanta Falcons, recording 79 receptions for 1,198 yards and 10 touchdowns. He formed a lethal duo with Roddy White and emerged as a true deep threat. In this fantasy league, Jones delivered multiple 20+ point weeks and consistent WR1 production. His big-play ability and chemistry with Matt Ryan helped the Falcons reach the playoffs, establishing him as one of the league’s rising stars.
MATT FORTE
Matt Forte was a workhorse for the Chicago Bears, rushing for 1,094 yards and adding solid receiving numbers. He provided reliable fantasy RB1 value with steady scoring most weeks, including several strong double-digit performances. Forte’s versatility as a receiver out of the backfield made him a weekly asset even on a run-heavy Bears offense. His durability and all-around game kept him as a cornerstone fantasy back.
ALFRED MORRIS
As a rookie, Alfred Morris exploded for the Washington Redskins, rushing for 1,613 yards and 13 touchdowns while leading the NFL in rushing. He was a fantasy steal and a consistent RB1, posting high point totals in many weeks thanks to heavy volume behind a strong offensive line. Morris’s vision, power, and efficiency made him one of the breakout stars of the 2012 season.
VICTOR CRUZ
Victor Cruz followed up his magical 2011 breakout with another productive year for the Giants, hauling in 86 catches for 1,092 yards and 10 TDs. He remained a slot nightmare with excellent YAC ability. The fantasy table shows solid weekly contributions, including several big games. Cruz continued to be a key piece in New York’s passing attack and a dependable fantasy WR2/1 option.
MATT RYAN
Matt Ryan had a career year, throwing for 4,719 yards and 32 touchdowns while leading the Falcons to the playoffs. He was a fantasy QB1 stud, frequently posting 20+ point games. Ryan’s efficiency and rapport with Julio Jones and Roddy White made him one of the top-scoring quarterbacks in fantasy that season
AARON HERNANDEZ
Aaron Hernandez was a dynamic tight end for the Patriots, posting 51 catches for 571 yards and 5 TDs before his off-field issues. In fantasy, he delivered several strong games as a receiving weapon in New England’s offense. His athleticism and role as a mismatch nightmare made him a popular TE streamer/ starter that year.
